I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be fair and most effective to all of my clients the following policy must be honored:

• 24-hour notice on all canceled appointments is required.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.

• Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. A PayPal invoice will be sent directly to your email and must be paid immediately.

• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. If you have a package, one session will be deducted from the remaining package visits.

•The cancellation and no show fees must be paid in full before your next appointment can be booked.

Your appointment is a time slot that I have reserved for you and I can not get that time back when you do not show up. I respect your time, please respect mine by giving at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. If I need to reschedule your appointment the same day due to sickness, etc. on my part, you will receive $10 off your next scheduled session.

When there is inclement weather on the day of your appointment and we both decide to reschedule, you will not be charged and we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.  Thank you for understanding and compliance with these policies.
