Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that unexpected situations arise from time to time. To ensure fairness and provide the best service to all clients, the following policy must be honored:
- 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
- You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the day before your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email and must be paid immediately.
- No-shows or failure to cancel will result in a charge for the full price of the scheduled service. If you have a package, one session will be deducted.
- All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before booking your next appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and when you miss it, that time cannot be recovered. I value your time and ask that you respect mine by providing at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Exceptions & Inclement Weather
In cases of inclement weather, if we both agree to reschedule, there will be no charge, and we will find the earliest available time that works for you.
