I am committed to your safety and health and infection control has always been a top priority for my practice. Please help me to support all of my clients by cooperating with some of the below guidelines.

My practice follows Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness.

Office Updates

  • The entire office is thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, and disinfected every day.
  • The air purifier runs the entire day in the office.
  • A phone sanitizer and charger are available to use during your visit.
  • The storage closet will be accessible to staff only and your belongings can be stored in the therapy room.
  • As always, each client will have clean linens, blankets, and a new face cradle cover.
  • Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office.

Visit Guidelines

  • Please advise me of any exposure to COVID before your appointment and we will reschedule. This means if you have been around anyone sick too.

 

 

  • It is your choice if you want to wear a mask in my office.  I will continue to wear a mask during sessions. As a private business owner, I am free to ask anyone to still wear a mask if I feel it is necessary during the session.

 

  • I will not be asking anyone if they are vaccinated. That question is only for your doctor to ask. However, I do still reserve the right to ask you about your health and screen you to make sure the massage is not contraindicated. 

 

  • Please wait at least 3 days after receiving the COVID vaccine before coming in for an appointment.

 

  • All linens will be placed in a closed bag and sent to a laundry service to be washed and disinfected.
